Sometimes when our products sell quickly we completely sell out before our next round of stock reaches our fulfilment centre. If this happens, we will put those products available for pre-order before they’ve arrived. We know what date our stock is due to arrive, so this is the date in brackets next to the product name. All orders will then be shipped out to our customers on that specified date.

This allows our customers to ensure they get the product they want as soon as possible!

n an attempt to get your orders to you as fast as possible, we are offering FREE shipping Australia Wide for all existing and new orders over $100! All items will be dispatched within 36 hours, and delivered via Australia Post. You can expect your parcel within 2-14 business days from when it leaves our warehouse. Please refer to the Australia Post website for more information on express shipping guidelines and guarantees.

When we ship the order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Austraila Post will also send you a follow up email that says your delivery from The Doggy Date Bucket List is on its way. These emails can take approximately 24 hours to arrive in your inbox.

If your order does not arrive within 30 business days, please contact us so that we can follow it up with Australia Post. We guarantee your parcel's delivery by requiring a signature on arrival. Australia Post may contact you offering safe drop - if you accept this we do not take responsibility for the package. 

Australia Post is currently experiencing significant delays across the country. This is due to the high volume of parcels being sent in combination with ongoing COVID-19 restrictions/requirements. As a result, this has created an immense backlog throughout Australia. Because this is an issue on Australia Post’s end, we are unfortunately not in control of any delivery delays or extended processing times on their part. We want to assure you that your order should still get to you safely, there just may be a delay in its arrival.

If you’re located in Australia, it is a completely free service for all orders over $100 AUD!

All orders are sent via Australia Post, where they recommend delivery will be between 12 - 14 business days depending on your delivery address within Australia.

Think your order might be lost in transit? Although Australia Post quote us 2-14 business days for delivery, sometimes life happens and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may update to advise of a ‘delayed’ delivery date.

If your item still hasn’t been delivered within 30 days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation with Australia Post.

*Please note: Once we pass your order to Australia Post, your package is with a different provider. We completely understand delays are frustrating, however once your order is with the courier, any issues need to be investigated by Australia Post. We are able to contact them on your behalf to resolve any issues. Please be assured, we will always do our best to get the issue sorted as quickly as possible for you.

Oops, have you accidentally entered the wrong address? We can definitely help change this for you! Provided your order has not shipped, please send us the new details and we can change this over for you.

If your order has been shipped, don’t panic! You can still redirect it via the Australia Post tracking link we provide on your shipping confirmation email.

*Please note: We can only send your order to the address you provide on your order - if you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it so please check your address carefully!

We are confident you will love The Doggy Date Bucket List, however if not do not stress, we offer a 30 day returns policy. The product being returned must be in an unused condition, with no markings or any panels scratched off.

If you need to return your product please email our team at enquiries@thedoggydatebucketlist.com with your order name and number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your product.

Our Customer Service Team will then ask few mandatory questions regarding your return in order to for us to avoid people taking advantage of our system.

For a returned order, your refund will be submitted as soon as we receive and process your return.

Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process and will be submitted back to your original method of payment.
