What is your Delivery Policy?

  • In an attempt to get your orders to you as fast as possible, we are offering FREE standard shipping for all existing and new orders over $100 if you sign up to our mailing list! All items will be dispatched within 36 hours, and delivered via Australia Post.
      • You can expect your parcel within 2-20 business days from when it leaves our warehouse.
      • Please refer to the Australia Post website for more information on express shipping guidelines and guarantees.
  • When we ship the order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. 

  • If your order does not arrive within 30 business days, please contact us so that we can follow it up with Australia Post. We guarantee your parcel's delivery by requiring a signature on arrival. Australia Post may contact you offering safe drop - if you accept this we do not take responsibility for the package. 

What is your Returns Policy?

  • We are confident you will love The Doggy Date Bucket List, however if not do not stress, we offer a 30 day returns policy. 
  • The product being returned must be in an unused condition, with no markings or any panels scratched off.
  • If you need to return your product please email our team at enquiries@thedoggydatebucketlist.com with your order name and number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your product.
  • Our Customer Service Team will then ask few mandatory questions regarding your return in order to for us to avoid people taking advantage of our system.

How long before I can expect a refund?

  • For a returned order, your refund will be submitted as soon as we receive and process your return.
  • Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process and will be submitted back to your original method of payment.
  • You'll receive a notification via email when once your refund is submitted
